Enhanced referencing
We find the best tenants by carrying out enhanced reference checks. This allows us to take additional insurance on the tenancy to protect the landlord from unforeseen circumstances such as non-payment of rent, eviction procedures and damages.
We also offer Landlord Indemnity Insurance for tenants, to protect their deposit in the case of unforeseen damages.
