We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZA333186.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address and phone number, for example when you use our call back form, email or phone us.
- Information about properties and tenancies needed to provide our services, including referencing, tenancy and payment information.
- Basic technical information needed to deliver and protect this website (see our cookie policy).
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To provide and manage our lettings and property management services.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering, right-to-rent and client money requirements.
Our lawful bases
We process personal data where it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract with you; where we have a legal obligation; or where it is in our legitimate interests to run and protect our business and respond to enquiries.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example our property management system, referencing and insurance providers, and our email and website form providers), or where the law requires it. Our website form is delivered by Web3Forms and protected by hCaptcha.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Tenancy and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires, typically up to seven years after a tenancy ends.
Your rights
